Ruby on Rails reaches the 1.0 milestone and launches new website to boot!

I had not planned on blogging much, until I had added more content, but Ruby on Rails released version 1.0 of their framework, which is definitely worth writing about.

Lots of new features for all the RoR fans out there, most importantly a performance boost, making it nearly twice as fast as previous releases.
